ToyFest is offering Showroom Vendors the opportunity to be a part of ToyFest! If your vendors want this, by default your Showroom will be listed on signage around the venue, on the floorplan, and in the show directory. Showcase your location in Building C, listing each line. 

Showroom principal must purchase this package. Multiple packages can be purchased to list your each of your vendors. Not open for vendors to purchase individually.

For Example: If you have 20 vendors you represent, you would add 20 showroom packages: $300 x 20 = $6,000.

A Showroom Package includes the following:

    1. Location and Listing on the online floorplan.
    2. An App listing (each line paid for will be listed under the showroom name).
    3. Show Special in the App, and website for each line who purchased a showroom package.
    4. Directional signage with location in the garage corridor, floor signage leading to your showroom, and at the entrance to your showroom.
    5. One (1) Badge (includes entrance to the expo, hall and showrooms, Shuttle access, and entrance to the gala happening at Resorts World on Thursday, Feb 20, 2025 at 7 PM in the Lilly ballroom).
    6. Pre-show Advertising and Marketing to the retailers who attend ToyFest, starts in June.
  2. A showroom requesting a booth on the floor will be allowed to list four lines per booth.
  3. A SHOWROOM participating in ToyFest shall not hold a competing event during any ToyFest Special Events. If such instance occurs, the showroom and all lines will be removed from all ToyFest advertising, promotions, show directory, app, and signage.
